Living with a Mexican family is the best way to practise Spanish and learn more about the local culture, customs and values. Although Canadventures can arrange for you to stay in a hotel, it is far more effective - and far more fun! - staying with a Mexican family. All our homestay families have been approved by Canadventures and have been instructed to speak Spanish to their guests.

When you complete an application for a Canadventures course, you will also be asked to fill out a homestay application form stating your preferences. Our housing coordinators will make your housing arrangements after reviewing this form. It will help us to provide you with the best accommodation to suit your needs.
